She produces film, theatre and installations, which are all coming out of a site-specific aproach.
By adding existing elements within these spaces she creates new atmospherical installations.
In het werk van Franzis Wiese staan theatrale ensceneringen centraal. Ze maakt films, theater en installaties, vaak vanuit een locatie-specifieke benadering. Door toevoeging van bestaande elementen binnen deze ruimtes ontstaan nieuwe sferische installaties.
De spanning tussen fictie en realiteit spelen een grote rol. Het publiek wordt voor een moment in een onbekende situatie geplaatst en geconfronteerd met zichzelf op een voyeuristisch manier.
